Click order next to the item you would like to purchase and follow the instructions. We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, bank check, or money order. We will accept a personal check. However, merchandise will not be shipped until the check clears. U.S. Shipping Information Our regular shipping is UPS ground. Shipping rates are on a scale from $8 for purchases up to $50 increasing $2 for each additional $50 increment up to $14 for totals up to $250. UPS GROUND SHIPPING IS FREE FOR ALL ORDERS OVER $250 TO THE CONTINENTAL U.S.! Other shipping options are available if preferred for an additional charge. UPS 3 Day Select will cost approximately 2x's our regular shipping charges, 2nd Day Air will cost approximately 2.5x's our regular shipping charges and Next Day Air will cost approximately 5x's our regular shipping charges. When you place your order our system will calculate the charges for you. All orders ship within two business days. Most orders ship within one day. Please allow 3-7 business days delivery for UPS ground shipping. Please contact us if you would like a different shipping method. There could be additional shipping charges for extra heavy items. You will be contacted before any additional charges are administered. 4. International Shipping Information NC Tackle uses USPS Global Express Mail or USPS Priority Mail International for international orders. USPS Priority Mail has a $45 flat charge and USPS Global Express Mail has a $55 flat charge. These charges are the cost of an average international order. If the actual charges vary you will be contacted before we ship your order. A $5 handling fee will be included in the shipping charge for all international orders. This covers the extra cost for calling international banks to verify addresses, etc.. There could be additional shipping charges for extra heavy items. You will be contacted before any additional charges are administered. 5. Returns Satisfaction is guaranteed. Just return the unused item as it was received within 30 days of receipt for a full refund. Buyer only pays shipping on returns. 6. Do I have to pay sales tax for an online purchase? New Jersey residents must add 6% sales tax. NC Tackle will automatically add tax to your order if you are from New Jersey. There is no sales tax for non New Jersey residents. Foreign buyers are responsible for reporting any taxes or fees covering their purchase. 7. Is my credit information safe? Your order is encrypted before it is sent to NC Tackle. Your order will be among the safest on the net! 8. What if the product I ordered is out of stock. Almost all of our products are always in stock. From time to time we do run out of stock on a particular item. Should a product not be in stock you will be contacted immediately and refunded in full. 9. Will NC Tackle sell my information? No! The only information that NC Tackle keeps on file is your e-mail address so we can send you NC Tackle promotions. These will likely be sent quarterly so you will only receive approximately four e-mails per year. If for any reason you do not want to be e-mailed please specify in the comments section of your order.
